Hero Town is dedicated to educating, inspiring, and supporting individuals to feel prepared and confident to tackle the challenges we face, from nervousness about an upcoming presentation to protecting rainforests and the world’s refugees.

You’ll learn to foster self-awareness, a growth mindset, and stand up against social pressures. Gain practical tools and resources to foster change in yourself, your community, and the world.
Learn and practice mindfulness for everyday use. Mindfulness empowers everyday heroes to be more aware of themselves and others. Through multiple practical and experiential sessions, your curious discovery will explore a variety of mindfulness techniques on the journey toward finding what works for you.
Gain knowledge and skills to provide short-term support to those experiencing mental health problem. Learn about depression, anxiety, psychosis, and substance-use problems. Gain the ability to recognise and respond to mental health crises, including suicidal thoughts, deliberate self-harm, and more.
